Medical Conditions
On booking a treatment with You Beauty, you must discuss any medical conditions, pregnancy or if you are breast feeding with your therapist and at the time of your booking. If you have any uncertainty you must seek medical advice from your doctor. A comprehensive consultation will be carried out by your therapist before your treatment. Please be aware that some conditions will mean that you cannot have certain treatments and you may not be able to have a treatment that day or your therapist will suggest an alternative treatment. This will not be discounted.
Payments
Payments can be made by cash or card. Most credit and debit Cards (except AMEX) are accepted via WorldZinc Pay, the therapist may need access to a WiFi connection if you are not in a 3G covered area. Cheques are accepted if no other form of payment is available.
Cancellation Policy
You Beauty requires 24 hours notice, by phone, text, or email, if you need to cancel your appointment. If not you will be charged 50% of your treatment cost if we are unable to re-sell the reserved treatment time. If a client cancels within 24 hours of their booking, without prior notice, the business owner retains the right to charge a deposit or full payment upon their next booking.
Mobile Beauty Etiquette
Your mobile beautician may arrive up to 10 minutes before the start of your treatment. This will allow her to set up the equipment. If for any reason your mobile therapist is over 30 minutes late, for reasons beyond her control, and the therapist still has time to carry out your treatment you will be offered 50% of your treatment price. If the therapist is over 30 minutes late and does not have time to fully carry out your treatment you will be allowed to re book and receive the same treatment for free next time. Once the mobile beautician is in your house any significant time taken out to tend to deliveries, babies, pets or work that becomes a disturbance during the treatment may be taken off your treatment time. If you are late for your treatment your treatment time will be cut where necessary.
Gift Voucher and Treatment Courses
Gift Vouchers and treatment courses are valid for 6 months, unless otherwise stated, and will not be accepted after the expiry date. They are non refundable. Please quote your Gift Voucher Reference number at the time of booking and have it with you for the appointment. The 24hr cancellation policy still applies to treatment course bookings and gift vouchers, but 100% of the treatment price will be redeemed from your voucher or course.
Pamper Parties
Pamper and Wedding Packages are bespoke, and quotes are at the sole discretion of the business owner. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. An additional travel charge may also be incurred.
Prices
Treatment prices are non-negotiable and discounts and offers are at the discretion of the business owner. You Beauty retains the right to alter prices without prior notice. Distances over 10 miles radius of Cheltenham will incur an additional travel charge. Within busy periods (Summer, Christmas & New Year) the business owner may ask for a deposit or full payment for popular weekend or evening bookings.
Parking
It is the client’s responsibility to be able to provide or advise parking prior to booking an appointment. Time spent by the therapist trying to find suitable parking if not advised by the client may be deducted from total treatment times.
Space for Treatments
If under unusual circumstances a treatment is booked and there is not enough space to perform the treatment safely, an alternative treatment or an arrangement will be made. The therapist cannot take any responsibility for any treatment not carried out due to lack of space.
Recommend a Friend Promotion
You Beauty Recommend A Friend cards are given to current clients who wish to refer friends and family to You Beauty’s services. The client will be given cards with their name on and this may be handed to the client’s friend/relative who is being recommended. Once the recommended individual has a booked appointment, if they present the recommendation card on payment, then both he/she and the client who’s name is on the card is entitled to £5 off treatments – the recommender will receive their discount on their next appointment booking. If the card should be lost it is no longer valid, unless the business owner states otherwise. Cards may only used once, but there is no limit on how many may be given out and used at one time. Card discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Cards may be used with Gift Vouchers at the business owner’s discretion. Recommend A Friend discount applies to new clients to You Beauty only. You Beauty may end the Recommend A Friend Promotion at any time.
Male Clients
Please note that You Beauty will only accept Male Clients from a current client recommendation or for couple’s treatments. Due to the nature of mobile treatments, You Beauty retains the right to refuse service to a male client for the therapist’s safety.
Data Security
Personal details taken from clients during consultation procedures will be kept safe and in the strictest confidence. We would, on occasion like to send you details of open evenings and special promotions. If you would rather not receive these please let us know.
Additional Travel
You Beauty covers a 10 mile radius of Cheltenham free of any travel charges (except for Pamper Parties), any travel over this limit will incur an additional travel charge, based on the postcode.
